CONCEPT
Each team will consist of 4 players (2 men and 2 women). Teams will have a total DUPR score to be under. They can be under the score in whatever way they see fit. We will have 5 standard brackets (DUPR 12/14/16/18/20) and 3 senior brackets (DUPR 14/16/18)
FORMAT
Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. The format will be as follows:
- Pool-Play to Single Elimination
- Games will be played one at a time, NOT concurrently
- You CAN play multiple events, they just have to be in different days
TIMING
Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will confirm our above schedule 1 weeks registration closes. We do this to ensure our tournaments run smoothly and are never delayed.
RATINGS
We use DUPR to ensure fair competition. The tournament director reserves the right to move any players who are in the wrong brackets. All scores will be submitted to DUPR.
Register for brackets matching your DUPR rating:
- DUPR 12: Max team DUPR of 12.099 / Max individual DUPR of 3.099
- DUPR 14: Max team DUPR of 14.099 / Max individual DUPR of 3.599
- DUPR 16: Max team DUPR of 16.099 / Max individual DUPR of 4.099
- DUPR 18: Max team DUPR of 18.099 / Max individual DUPR of 4.599
- DUPR 20: Max team DUPR of 20.099 / Max individual DUPR of 5.099
Players must stay under the brackets maximum allowed DUPR. No exceptions. Bracket adjustments based on DUPR ratings will occur actively throughout the tournament registration period.
Important Notes on DUPR
- Self-entered DUPR matches will be manually accounted for to prevent DUPR manipulation.
- If a player's DUPR is NA or their score accuracy is below 60%, placement into the appropriate bracket will be at the tournament director's discretion.
- The DUPR score at registration will determine the bracket a player is eligible to play in.
