We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Below is our refund policy for the upcoming pickleball tournament:

Refund Eligibility: Players may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the tournament.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full registration fee, minus a $10 administrative fee.

Requests After 14 Days: Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations or withdrawals made within 14 days of the tournament start date.

If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, Epoch will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

If weather conditions are not favorable to play the Epoch Paddle Battle Fundraising Tournament, the makeup day is scheduled for Sunday, June 29th 2025.
