Singles Format
All singles matches will be 1 to 15, win by 2.
3 players: Double Round Robin with no playoff
4-7 players: Round Robin with playoff
8+ Players: Pool Play with playoff
Playoff: 1st and 2nd play for Gold and 3rd and 4th play for Bronze
Doubles Format
All round robin/pool play doubles matches will be 1 to 15, win by 2.
All medal matches will be 2/3 to 11, win by 2.

Paddles
This is an unsanctioned event however, ALL PADDLES must be approved by either USAP or UPA.

Refunds:
5/23 was the last day to withdraw and receive a refund. If you have withdrawn before that date, your refund is now being processed. Please allow 5-7 days.

Practice Courts:
Practice Courts will be available 30 Minutes before Matches Start. Practice courts will be VERY limited throughout the day. 5 public courts are located at Niceville Senior Center (10 Min drive from ECT Pickleball)

FRIDAY PARKING ONSITE!!!!
Due to a low number of players playing on Friday, we should have sufficient parking on site. In the event we run out of parking spots, please use the golf course (see below) DO NOT PARK AT BLUEWATER ORTHOPEDICS!!!!
Saturday and Sunday (NO ONSITE PARKING)
We will have volunteers directing players and spectators to offsite parking locations. There will be a bag drop station onsite but there will NOT be onsite parking available. Offsite parking is a 2-minute walk away from the Pickleball Courts.

Spectators
We encourage all spectators to come and watch some great pickleball this weekend! There will be seating inside and outside the facility. We do ask that ALL spectators refrain from using the main entrance to the courts (PLAYERS ENTRANCE) and use the two side entrances, so we do not disturb play.

Check-In
Players please check in and collect your gift at least 15 minutes before your bracket starts.

Refereed Matches
We will do our best to have all Medal Matches refereed.
Once you receive a text for your match, GO STRAIGHT TO THE REFEREES DESK. If your match is going to be refereed (referee desk will tell you if you have a referee), you will wait until all players are present and enter the courts with the referee. If your match is not refereed, the first pair (or player) to the desk will collect the match ball and the second pair (or player) to the desk will collect the scoresheet.

Doubles: 3.0, 3.5 4.0, 4.5+
