Players must sign up as teams, which can be men, women, or mixed. To start, we are allowing for 18 Beginner teams, 18 Intermediate teams, and 6 Advanced teams. All skill levels are split into two groups, ages 5-59 and ages 60 + . If one group fills up quickly, we will adjust these limits within the objective of having approximately 50 teams. A Round robin format will be used for each group, with a goal of having teams play at least 4 games. All proceeds go to the Boys and Girl of St. Joseph County.

After registrations are complete, the tournament director will divide the teams into groups, which may be pools with a playoff, or separate age-based groups. The schedule will be announced at least two days before the event. Event start times will be at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 2 PM.

This tournament is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St Joseph County. Players will have the option to make additional contributions at the tournament.

Snacks, drinks, & a swag bag are included with the registration. Food options will be available to purchase.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event.

Since this tournament is a fund-raiser, no refunds will be made.
