"Dink Your Heart Out" Pickleball Tournament - Feb. 17-19, 2023

Hosted by San Antonio Pickleball Association and net proceeds benefit the SAPA HS Scholarship program.

Divisions include Hybrid Wheelchair ( one standing player with a seated player - wheelchair player uses USA Pickleball rules for two bounce allowance). See events page for all double elimination doubles and singles divisions.

Registration fee includes one event, $10 for each additional event.

Early registration - Jan.5 - Jan 23, - $55 (ends at midnight)

Late Registration begins Jan. 24 - $65

Registration Deadline Feb. 3 at midnight.

Tournament Director reserves the right to makes changes on event dates and times as needed.

Cancellation Policy

February 3, 2023 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for refunds minus a $10 withdrawl fee):

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, including inclement weather.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list after one week if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event. If inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs the tournament director will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement must be in the same skill group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact by 6pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list.
