Registration Deadline: December 7th

Tournament Director has full discretion in regards to the tournament at all times.

Cold water bottles provided. Concessions will be available for cash only purchases.

Cancellation Policy: Refund less $10 processing fee if withdrawal is completed 10 days prior to the start of the tournament. All refunds within 10 days before the start of the tournament will be considered a request and evaluated by the tournament director. There will be no refunds for events that are cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.
