WCN partners with local churches and other relief organizations to mobilize resources and assistance for victims of disasters and poverty. The organization has responded to hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, famine, earthquakes, tsunamis, and war on five continents and here in the United States. This tournament will be played on 8 outdoor courts (4 permanent, individually fenced courts and 4 temporary courts) in beautiful Winona Lake, Indiana. Enjoy gorgeous lake views, extensive walking trails, and shops / restaurants at The Village at Winona Lake, part of the National Register of Historic Places.

All teams are guaranteed at least 5 games, and snacks will be provided. Players who register by September 15 will receive a free cotton T-shirt (optional upgrade to dri-fit for $15).

Registration fee is $38 per event. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will add a $5 processing fee per event to your registration. This fee is nonrefundable.

Format will be round robin followed by medal matches

Brackets with more than 10 teams will be divided into 2 pools

Round robin matches will be 1 game to 11, win by 2

Medal matches will be 1 game to 15, win by 2

All teams are guaranteed at least 5 games

The Franklin X-40 ball will be used

The top four teams in each bracket will advance to the medal round, with 1st and 2nd competing for gold, and 3rd and 4th playing for bronze. (For brackets that are divided into 2 pools, only the top 2 teams from each pool will advance.) Teams that advance will be determined based first on total wins in round robin play. In the event of a tiebreaker, first criteria will be head-to-head play, second will be total points scored.

Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

If brackets are mid-play when a delay occurs, the tournament leadership team will determine appropriate action to either continue play at a later time or to identify bracket winners based on matches already played.

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
