Annual tournament hosted by the White Rose Pickleball Association on June 20-22. Tournament is held in an indoor facility on a concrete floor with portable nets. Gamma photon indoor ball is used. Format is round robin with details TBD based upon registrations. Partner must register within 7 days to secure the team's spot in the bracket.

Registration is open March 1 - June 13. PLEASE REGISTER ON THE WAITLIST if event appears full. The final registration limit is dependent on bracket and is subject to change based on registrations. Brackets with fewer than 4 registered teams may be eliminated or merged with next age level. Players in this case will have the option to withdraw with a full refund.

REFUNDS - Withdraws after June will receive a partial refund (registration fee - cost of t-shirt, Stripe and Tournaments.com fees). NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 13.

The registration fee includes one event. Each additional event is $10. Please note that Pickleballtournaments.com charges a $5.00 Service Fee per event.

On Friday, Men's and Women's Singles events start at 3:00 PM. On Saturday, Women's and Men's Doubles events start at 8:00 AM. On Sunday, Mixed Double's event start at 9:00 AM. Final start times will be posted 2 days prior to the event.

Player check in is minimum of 30 minutes prior to daily start times.

Skill divisions for singles include under 4.0 and 4.0+. Skill divisions for doubles include 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+. Skill level will be determined by DUPR ratings. Skill level for players without a DUPR rating will use self-rating. Both round robin and playoff scores will be reported to DUPR. Tournament Director will update DUPR ratings 2 weeks prior to the tournament. Players may be moved to a higher skill level if indicated by the updated DUPR rating.

Age divisions will vary by bracket depending upon the number of registered teams. A bracket will 10 or more teams will be divided into 2 pools.

Medals will be awarded to top 3 places in each bracket.

T-Shirts (Unisex style) guaranteed with registration only if registered by May 27. Bottled water, fruit and various snacks provided free of charge to players. Any withdraws after May 28 will receive a partial refund (registration fee - cost of t-shirt, Stripe and Tournaments.com fees).

The player cancellation date for refunds to be considered is June 13th. Full Refunds will be allowed until May 31, 2025 , minus the pickleball brackets service fee. Pickleball Brackets charges a $5 service fee for one event, and $10 service fee for two or more events off the top during checkout.

** 50% refunds up until a week before the tournament starts (June 13th). Any refunds issued will be minus a $10 processing fee.

***NO refunds will be issued after June 13th.

All refunds with be issued after the tournament ends.
