Tournament Description

Featuring 15 Fully Air Conditioned Indoor Pickleball Courts on our Beautiful Hardwood Floors!
All events are for players that are 12 years old or older. There will be a 2.0-3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+ division.
Registration Opens Wednesday, May 11th 8:00 a.m.
Registration Closes Sunday, May 29th 11:45 p.m.
Women’s Doubles – Friday June 3rd, 2022
$35.00 Registration Fee.
Register based on skill level.
Tournament Format:
*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.
*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Round Robin for events with a small number of teams.
*Skill Level: For doubles and mixed doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players with a PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self rate.
Ratings will be verified by the club at point of registration. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.
*Registering Together As A Team (TIP) : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 DAYS of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.
Additional Information
Look for Men's Doubles tournament on Friday, June 17th, & Mixed Doubles tourney on Friday, June 24th as well as the July & August Classics.
*All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration!
Safe Tournament Environment:
*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas. Bleachers Available.
*PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS.
*Masks recommended and not required.
Food & Beverage:
*Our concession stand will be fully available on site with plenty of choices!

*Available for purchase!
Refund Policy
*Refunds minus a $15 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through May 29th, 2022.
*NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS after May 29th for ANY reason.
*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.
For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.
*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
Prize Money
All players will receive a Dana Barros tee @ check-in.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals will be awarded to all winners.
In addition, a $20 Dana Barros Gift Card for apparel to 1st place finishers!
