This fun mixed doubles split-age format requires that one partner is under the age of 50 and the other partner must be 50 years or older (if you turn 50 at any time during 2024, you are considered 50). Full refunds for player withdraw will be issued up to Friday, September 13th. Partial refunds ($20) will be issued between Saturday, September 14th through Friday, September 27th. No refund will be offered for player withdraw the day of the event.

In case of a full weather cancellation, a makeup date will be determined in the Spring 2025 or a full refund will be issued if a player cannot make the Spring 2025 date. In case of a cancellation during play due to weather, as long as the number of guaranteed games has been reached, no refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs during play and the number of guaranteed games was not achieved, a $20 refund will be issued.
