The cancellation deadline is 9pm on March 5, 2021. No refunds for any reason after that date. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.
If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or directives from government authorities, we will refund your registration fees less a $5 processing fee.
If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of the tournament, we will refund your registration fees less a $5 processing fee.
If the tournament has started and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds. We will make every effort to complete any individual event that has been started. The Cincinnati Pickleball Club reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes the Club feels will help complete the event.
