Central Virginia Pickleball Club (CeVA) is excited to welcome you to their regional tournament and fundraiser for Foothills Child Advocacy Center and an opportunity to play some pickleball! Foothills CAC covers 9 counties where they coordinate the care for maltreated children and their families. This fundraiser will help support existing programs as well as offer new mental health services for the children in our area. Darden-Towe Park has 6 dedicated pickleball courts and 4 multi-use courts with portable nets for a total of 10 courts for pickleball. Some of the proceeds of this event will also be going toward CEVA pickleball club. We look forward to seeing you there!

Raffle Prizes: $5 for 1 ticket, $10 for 3 tickets, $20 for 7 tickets

Prizes include: Wintergreen day passes, Selkirk, Paddletek, Gearbox paddles, balls, ankle braces, gift cards for restaurants, Ragged Mountain Running Store, Play It Again Sports and more!

**Due to a 10 court limit, we plan to close registration before April 15th, if necessary, so all events can be completed before dusk each day. We estimate the need to cap the registration at 180 registrants. Thank you for your understanding.

Tournament style will be round robin. Start times will be released the weekend prior. Until then, we will not know start times. We reserve the right to adjust and combine brackets as needed for good play. Brackets with smaller team sizes will be combined first by age and if needed, by skill. Your partner MUST register within 3 days of your registration otherwise you will be waitlisted. You will automatically be put back into the main draw when your partner registers as long as there is room.

Ball will be Franklin x-40

Saturday is mens/womens day, Sunday is mixed. All age groups and people of all levels of play are encouraged to register.

A raffle will be included in the weekend activities.

Food Trucks will be available from 11-3pm: Otto Turkish Street Food and Slice Versa

Refunds for this event will be given up until the registration deadline of April 15, 2024 at 12pm. We are unable to refund Pickleball Bracket fees ($5 per event) so that portion is non refundable regardless of withdrawing on time. Beyond April 15, 2024 at 12pm, no refunds will be given for any reason.
