Welcome to the Centercourt Spring Fling 2025 Pickleball Tournament at Centercourt Athletic Club in Chatham! We are excited to have you join us. Offering mixed, men's, and women's doubles 3.0 - 4.5+, ages 16+ and 50+ on our dedicated pickleball courts.

Please note that your registration confirms your agreement to the terms outlined on this site, including those under the Refund Policy.

Schedule of Events:

- Event times will depend on the final bracket sizes and may be determined after registration closes.

- Events may take place at any time in the day or evening. If the cancellation deadline has passed we cannot refund due to scheduling conflicts, regardless of waitlist status.

Registration and Payment:

- Registration deadline: March 21, 2025

- Payment is due at time of registration. Fees are per player. Registration: $55*; each event: $15; PickleballBrackets.com software fee per event: $5. *Early bird registration: $50.

- Players are not fully registered and spots are not reserved until both team members have registered and paid in full. Partners will have a grace period of 10 days to register before the team may be moved to the waitlist.

- Waitlisted teams will be moved back into the event once both team members have registered, if there is still room in the event. Payment is due immediately.

- If an event is full, please sign up for the waitlist! We will make every attempt to expand bracket sizes to include waitlisted teams. Ability to expand will depend on scheduling and bracket sizes of all events.

Players Needing Partners:

- We are not responsible for matching players; please use the Find a Partner resource to find a partner.

- Refunds will not be issued after the cancellation deadline of 3/21/25 if a player is unable to find a partner or if your partner did not register in time and you were moved to the waitlist.

Brackets:

- We will make every attempt to run the brackets as advertised. However, if we do not have enough registrations for a specific skill level and/or age bracket, we may combine events. Age bracket ranges may also be adjusted depending on the number of teams in a certain age range. We reserve the right to combine age and/or skill brackets at any time.

- If we do not have enough registrations for a particular event and cannot combine a skill level and/or age bracket, players will be issued a full refund.

- Tournament directors reserve the right to make any skill level adjustments regarding players' bracket placements as deemed necessary.

Format:

- The Centercourt Spring Fling Pickleball Tournament is a round-robin tournament. The number of matches and points per match will depend on the number of registrations and may change at any time as deemed necessary by the tournament directors. The tournament directors also reserve the right to change the format of any bracket or medal round as necessary.

Cancellation policy:

- Withdrawals on or before March 21, 2025 will receive a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee.

- There are no refunds or credits for any reason after the cancellation deadline above, regardless of waitlist status.

- Players requesting a withdrawal with a sub in place will be refunded minus the non-refundable software and credit card processing fees. The sub will then be responsible for their registration and payment. This only applies to players whose partners are remaining in the event.
