Our main goal with this pickleball tournament is efficient quick tournaments, where we value your time. You should most of the time be playing pickleball until you are done, instead of waiting around. Our tournaments value your time and quality!

Right now we have not committed to start times for each event. We will close registration several days before the tournament starts. We will then see how many players are in each division and will optimally assign start times so we are efficient with your time on the courts.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Ultimate Double Elimination

Come Join Pickleball's Revamped Standard Format, Double Elimination. In both the winners and losers bracket you will compete in best two out of three games to 11 win by 2! It's just that simple!

💥- We have Singles, Mixer (Play with a different partner each game), Mixed & Gender Doubles brackets

💥- All SKILL Levels: 2.5 to Open

💥- All Scores will be reported to DUPR (All players must have or create a DUPR account to play!)

This is a DUPR Rated tournament. All matches will be reported to DUPR to add to your rating. If you don't have a rating, you will have one after this tournament. Please visit mydupr.com to make a free account. Then under the play tab search for Casa. You then will join our club.

We will be moderating sandbagging for this tournament. The way ratings work is if you are playing in the 3.0 event, your rating should ideally be a 3.0-3.49. If your rating was 3.50 then you should play in the 3.5 bracket. Please sign up in the appropriate bracket. When registration closes on April 25th, on April 26th we will be moving players to their appropriate divisions for the tournament (we will let you know if you need to move). We will use ratings April 26th to determine sandbagging, after February 26th if a team's rating goes up or down it does not mean they are sandbagging.

We will not be giving refunds if a team intentionally or unintentionally tried to sandbag and are being moved to their correct division.

💥💥💥 When playing a doubles event, you must sign up with a partner and both team players must complete their tournament registration (No Ghost Icon). You will be able to get a refund up to April 20th, 11:55pm. The refund you receive will be minus a $5 charge to pickleball brackets that we are forced to pay even if you withdraw from the tournament.

With 10+ teams Men's Doubles Open will have $2000+ in prize money!

With 10+ teams Mixed Doubles Open will have $2000+ in prize money!

With 10+ teams Women's Doubles Open will have $1000+ in prize money!

With 10+ players Men's Singles Open will have $1000+ in prize money!

(Must have at least 10 teams in the Open events for us to have minimum prize money otherwise the prize money would be 80% of the event fees)

For 4.0/4.5 money events 80% of the event fees will go to prize money!

(80% of the event entry fees for the 4.0 BRACKETS)

For 4.0/4.5 events with 2- teams, you will be combined with another event or cancelled.

For events with 3-6 teams the top team will claim 100% of the prize money.

For events with 7-11 teams, the first place team will take 70% of the prize money, the second place team will take 30% of the prize money.

For events with 12-20 teams, the first place team will take 60% of the prize money, the second place team will take 25% of the prize money, the third place team will take 15% of the prize money.

For events with 20+ teams, the first place team will take 55% of the prize money, the second place team will take 22% of the prize money, the third place team will take 15% of the prize money, and the fourth place team will take 8% of the prize money.

We are indoors. We will play regardless of the weather!
