Tournament Description

The Fall 2024 Dinks & Drinks Tournament at the MAC in Carson City, Nevada is a three-day round-robin event. Open play with Men's, Mixed, and Women's and Doubles events at skill levels 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+

IMPORTANT: We're going to try something new this time:

All Women's Doubles events will be played on Friday, 4 October.

All Mixed Doubles events will be played on Saturday, 5 October.

All Men's Doubles events will be played on Sunday, 6 October.

*PeeWee Doubles is now cancelled because the kids either have football on Saturday and/or soccer on Sunday. We'll try this again in sometime down the road.

You can enter up to two events. The first event is included in your $40 registration fee. The second event costs an additional $15. Pickleballbrackets collects a $5 service fee which is added to each event registration. For example, if you enter two events, the total cost will be $45 for the first event and $20 for the second event, for a total of $65.

There are two steps involved in registering:

1. If you don't have an account on pickleballbrackets.com, please create one. If you have an account proceed to step 2.

2. After you have created your account and profile, or if you already have an account and profile, proceed to the registration page (this page), click on Register for Tournament button and follow the prompts.

The events shown represent a starting point. We will probably create additional events within skill levels based on the ages of registrants. Decisions on additional events will be made near the close of registration based on the number of participants in each skill category. It is very likely that large events will be broken into age brackets to reduce the number of teams in each bracket. Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded for each event.

Long sleeve shirts are available to purchase for $30 when you register. Shirt orders will be taken until 12 September. If you miss the shirt deadline, we will take additional orders at the tournament. If you are not entering the tournament but would like to purchase shirt(s), just click on the "Purchase shirts" button.

Registration is scheduled to close on 27 September 2024. If you want to register after this date, please contact the Tournament Director through this website.

Additional Information

Adult (alcoholic) beverages will be available for purchase during the tournament. Profits from the beverage sales go to the Carson City Parks and Recreation Department. Net proceeds from the tournament itself will go to the Mills Park Pickleball Court Project at the Foundation for Carson City Parks and Recreation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Carson City Parks & Recreation Department is donating the use of the MAC as a fundraiser for the Mills Park Pickleball Project.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after the close of registration on 27 September 2024.
