Annual tournament hosted by the White Rose Pickleball Association on September 23-24. Tournament is held on an outdoor 8-court hard surface Pickleball facility with permanent nets. Franklin X-40 ball is used. Format is round robin with details TBD based upon registrations. Partner must register within 7 days to secure the team's spot in the bracket.

On Saturday, Women's and Men's Doubles events starting at 8:30 AM. The registration limit for the Women's event is 8 teams per bracket and for the Men's event is 10 teams per bracket. On Sunday, Mixed Double's event starting at 9:00 AM. The registration limit for this event is 12 teams per bracket. Player check in is minimum of 30 minutes prior to daily start times.

Age/Skill divisions are 18-39 (3.0 & 3.5), 40-59 (3.0 & 3.5), 60+ (3.0 & 3.5) & 18+ (4.0+). May play down in age and age divisions may be combined at the tournament director's discretion based upon registrations. Medals will be awarded to top 3 places in each bracket.

T-Shirts (Men's & Women's style) guaranteed with registration only if registered by September 1. Player welcome bag included for everyone. Bottled water, sports drinks, fruit and various snacks provided free of charge to players.

This is an outdoor, weather dependent tournament. All efforts will be made to complete all events. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.

The player cancellation date for refunds to be considered is September 1. Any refunds issued will be minus a $10 processing fee. NO refunds will be issued after September 1.
