THE NEW BUBBLE is UP. Installation of the new bubble is almost complete. At that time, we will be resurfacing the courts so we will have a new surface, new LED lights and new bubble. Facility will be amazing for our upcoming tournament. Dates have been set for Dec 27-29. Singles on Friday afternoon. Doubles on Saturday and Mixed on Sunday. More information as we have it.

The goal of the event is to have round robin group play with a MAX of 18 teams in a skill level. This will give me 3 round robin groups to have players compete. Winners of each group will move to a semi final with 1 "lucky 2nd place finisher" rounding out the semi final group of 4. They will play off for 1st thru 3rd place.

Singles will start on Friday, Dec 27 at 6:00 pm.

Doubles will begin on Saturday morning at 8:00 am and doubles play will go all day to 9:00 pm depending on number of entrants. It will be a long day of pickleball with a LOT of games played. Format will depend on number of entries but as always, I will try to make sure that everyone gets to play a lot of pickleball.

Mixed will start on Sunday, Dec 29th at 8:00 am and again will go most of the day. Lower divisions will play early in the morning. The higher divisions will be later in the day. 4.5 and up will be the last groups to play that day. If you play in 2 divisions, you will not be guaranteed of any rest in between groups so choose wisely.

There will be a LUNCH served here at the Woodlands Saturday and Sunday for all tournament players. Your entry fee covers lunch here 1 of the days. Lunch is available for purchase to all others.

There will be NO warm up courts on site. Please warm up off site. Be near the tournament desk 15 minutes before your division starts and I will do a group talk at that time and send players out to start. There will be a 5 minute warm up session before play starts. Please come off the court and report your score to Bill or the tournament desk asap so we can send out the next match.
