Purpose: A portion of the proceeds will benefit Quilts of Valor, with a 50/50 raffle also featured.

Eligibility: Open to players with skill levels ranging from 2.5 to 4.5.

Structure: Events are organized first by skill level, then by age division, based on the number of registered teams/players per skill level.

Format: Round-robin play with a 2-game guarantee. Matches are single games to 11 points, win by 2.

Registration: $60 per player. Skill levels are sorted during registration, with age divisions applied where possible.

Schedule: Includes Mixed Doubles starting at 8 AM or later.

All registrations are considered final once payment is processed. There are no refunds once registration has been submitted and registrations are not transferable. A full credit will be made available to participants withdrawing 2+ weeks prior to the originally posted start date for the selected event.

Outdoor events impacted by weather will not have indoor backup plans. A 50% credit will be made available to participants impacted by weather who played no matches. Once matches begin, no credit values will be available. Events that have a change in date prior to the posted start date will have a full credit available to all participants, no refunds.
