Women's Doubles 2.5, 3.0 ,3.5, and 4.0+

Men's Double's 2.5. 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+

Mixed Doubles 2.5. 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+

All 2.5 skill Ages 50+ ONLY

All 3.0 skill Ages 18-49 AND 50+

All 3.5 skill Ages 18-49 AND 50+

All 4.0+ skill Ages 18-49 AND 50+

Registration is online only. For all Doubles Events registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered, signed the online waiver, and PAID the entrance fee.

Manual payments must be mailed (AND RECEIVED BY THE PPA) to: Prescott Pickleball Association, PO Box 3361, Prescott AZ 86302, by no later than May 1, 2024

When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.

All players must complete their registration by May 13th, 2024 @ 9.00 pm or they could potentially be placed on the Waitlist.

For all events, players MUST FIND THEIR OWN PARTNER. If you do not have a partner to register with, you may register as "needing a partner" and/or look under "Players Needing Partners" to find one.

PLEASE NOTE: If a partner has not completed their registration within five days of the first partner registering, the team will be automatically moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the waitlist back to the active list if there is a slot available.

AGAIN, complete registration means, the waiver is signed, the registration is paid in full and your partner needs to be registered, waiver signed, and paid in full.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their current club rating and/or Round Robin group participation. The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, combine divisions, or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.

In order to register for this event, you must have already joined the Prescott Pickleball Association and we can verify your ACTIVE status. If you are registered to play and have someone you want to play with who is not a current ACTIVE member, please have them go to HTTPS://PRESCOTTPICKLEBALL.ORG/JOIN-US

Registrants withdrawing before May 8th @ 9:00 pm will be refunded minus a $10.00 administration fee. NO refunds after May 8th @ 9.00pm for player cancellations / withdrawals.

All refund requests MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to PrescottPickleball.Events@gmail.com immediately after you cancel/withdraw from the tournament. All Refunds will be processed within two weeks after the tournament is over.
