Registration Fees: Please note pickleball brackets charges and additional $5 dollars per event registration fee.

Early Bird Registration (Nov 12 – Dec 31):

Non-Members: $40 USD (or 800 pesos)

Members: $35 USD (or 700 pesos)

Team Eligibility & Format:

Skill Level:

Teams must compete at the skill level of their highest-rated partner. Players will use their UTPR (Universal Tennis Rating) or self-rating to determine their level. The Tournament Director may adjust teams based on additional knowledge of a player’s skill level.

Registration & Payment:

Bracket slots are filled by the first teams to have both players fully registered and paid. Partners of registered players will have 5 days to complete their registration and payment in order to hold their spot.

Once a bracket is full, any incomplete teams, teams that have not fully paid, and additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted teams will be notified in the order of their registration as space becomes available.

Awards & Format Adjustments:

Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each skill bracket.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust event formats as needed, including splitting or merging events based on the number of registrations.

This is a No Refund Tournament

This also includes no refunds for cancellations related to weather or other events beyond the control of the Tournament Director.

This is an outdoor tournament. If events are canceled due to inclement weather, they are not guaranteed to be made up.

We have a defibrilator and first aid on site.
