Fusion Sports is excited to host the 2nd Annual Byron Days Festival Pickleball Tournament on July 25-27! This year, we will have Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men's Singles, and Women's Singles events offered at a variety of different skill levels. If interested, you will be able to play in all 3 events! We are also including a "Beginner Coed Doubles Division" to be played on Saturday, July 26! Note - The Doubles Divisions for now will show the division as being "All Ages". However, once registration closes, if there are more than 10 teams in your division, we will look to separate the division out by age.

GUARANTEED T-SHIRT CUT-OFF DATE IS WEDNESDAY, JULY 9. If you register for the tourney after the cut-off date, a t-shirt is not guaranteed and if we do have extras available, it may not be at your preferred size.

This will be a round robin format. Medals will be provided to the winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

20% of all registration fees will go directly towards the Byron Township Park Fund.

DUPR Connection is required for participation and all results will go into DUPR: You must register for your appropriate skill level according to DUPR's rating system. Your team may be moved if your rating increases between registration and the time of the tournament. In an effort to raise money for Tendo Bible Camp (local Nonprofit that we love supporting), we will be having a raffle throughout the tournament where all proceeds from the raffle, will go directly to Tendo Bible Camp. If you know of any businesses willing to donate a raffle item (retailed at $150+) or are interested in volunteering to help run the raffle, please reach out to info@fusionsportsmi.com. We reserve the right to combine or split brackets as necessary based on timing and those involved.

Most game formats will be 1 game to 15 win by 2 but could change depending on the size of your division.

Partners must register within 3 days otherwise you go to waitlist. You will automatically be put back in as long as there is room once your partner registers. Please get your partners registered right away to secure your spot!

Schedule:

Friday July 25: Singles Day (our hope is you only have to take a half day off work but this is not a guarantee)

Saturday July 26: Men's and Women's Doubles beginning at 8am

Sunday July 27: Mixed Doubles beginning at 8am

Full schedule will be posted by Tuesday prior to the event. We will not know start times until then.

Tournament Registration Fees:

To avoid any confusion, here’s a breakdown of the registration costs:

$30-$40 – Tournament Entry Fee (depending on timing of registration)

$10.00 – Per Event Fee

(For example: If you’re playing in 3 events, that’s an additional $30 total)

$5.00 – Pickleball Brackets Processing Fee

Registration cost will be refunded (minus any PickleballBracket.com fees), only up until 7/16/25 at 12:00pm. Beyond that, any cancellations will not be refunded for any reason, INCLUDING WEATHER.

Cancellations made prior to the deadline of 7/16/25 at 12:00pm will be refunded in full minus fees from Pickleball Brackets.

This is an outdoor tournament, no backup location. No refunds will be provided in the event that the tournament is canceled due to weather.
