REGISTRATION COSTS:

$40 per player then an additional $10 per event

Free T-shirt for entries prior to 14th February

**Please take note that the allocated day and start times are tentative and brackets may be consolidated, divided or cancelled based on registrations.**

For players in a doubles event, both players must register and pay their tournament fees. If your partner has not registered or paid, you or your team may be moved to the waitlist.

Playoff format may be revised at the discretion of the tournament director. Scores will be entered into DUPR by pickleballbrackets.com.

The age brackets are determined by the participant's age as of February 28th, the day of the tournament.

Format:

Round robin with playoff. All matches will be first to 15 (win by 2) with regular scoring. Switch sides when one team reaches 6 points. Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Feb 28 - Women’s and Men’s Doubles 65+ (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Feb 28 - Girl’s and Boy’s Doubles10-13yr

Feb 28 - Teen Doubles 14-19yr (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 1 - Women’s and Men’s Doubles Under 50 (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 1 - Women’s and Men’s Doubles 50-65yr (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 1 - Women’s and Men’s Doubles Open (4.0-4.5)

Mar 2 - Mixed 65+ (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 2 - Mixed 50-65yr (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 2 - Mixed 14-19yr (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 2 - Mixed Under 50 (under 3.5) and (3.5-4.0)

Mar 2 - Mixed Open (4.0-4.5)

Withdrawals before registration closes February 17, 2025 will incur a $5 PickleballBracket service fee.

Withdrawals after registration will not be refunded.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to proceed with matches. The courts are equipped with lighting, allowing play to continue until 9 PM if necessary. If a bracket is in progress when weather or unexpected events arise, the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to decide whether the bracket can be completed or winners determined.
