Join us for the Bousquet Sport Winter Jamboree Pickleball Tournament, running from Thursday, December 5th, to Sunday, December 8th. This exciting event promises a weekend of competitive play across a variety of skill levels, perfect for those looking to keep their game sharp through the winter!

New this year, we’re starting the tournament on Thursday evening, December 5th, with the Men's 60+ 3.5+ Singles event. On Friday, we’ll kick things off with Senior Women’s and Senior Men’s Doubles events in the morning and afternoon, followed by Men’s and Women’s Skinny Singles later in the day and Singles events in the evening.

Saturday will feature Women’s and Men’s Doubles in the 3.0 to 3.5 range in the morning and afternoon, with 4.0+ Doubles for both genders in the late afternoon and evening. Sunday will start with Senior Mixed Doubles in the morning, followed by Mixed Doubles 3.0 and 3.5 in the afternoon, and finishing with Mixed Doubles 4.0+ in the evening.

The tournament follows a round-robin format, with large groups potentially split into two pools. The top four teams from each event will advance to the playoffs, ensuring competitive action throughout.

All players will receive a swag bag and enjoy complimentary light refreshments and snacks throughout the event. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your spot. Once the first partner registers, the second partner has seven days to complete their registration; if not, the team will be placed on the waiting list. Teams on the waiting list for full events will have an opportunity to join should any openings arise, with no fee for joining the waiting list. Charges will only apply once a team is added to the event.

Please note that the tournament reserves the right to adjust the bracket format and number of rounds to ensure the guaranteed number of games per event. Groups may also be combined or split at the discretion of the tournament director.

The registration fee for the tournament is $65 for the first event, with an additional $25 fee for each added event. A non-refundable software usage fee of $5 for one event, or $10 for multiple events, will be applied to every registration. With a limited number of player spots available, securing your place early is highly recommended. Once the first partner registers, the second partner has seven days to complete their registration. If the second partner fails to register within this timeframe, the team will be moved to the waiting list. Teams on the waiting list for a full event will have the opportunity to fill any openings that arise. There is no fee for joining the waiting list, and charges will only apply if the team is added to the event.

Please note that the tournament reserves the right to modify the bracket format and the number of rounds to maintain the guaranteed number of games per event. Additionally, groups may be combined or split at the discretion of the tournament director.

Refunds, minus a $10 processing fee and the non-refundable software usage fee, will be available for withdrawals made before registration closes, either due to reaching tournament capacity or by the registration deadline of November 29th, whichever occurs first.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after registration has closed.

All refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes.

This tournament will be held indoors, so weather-related delays are not expected.
