Registration fee is $50 and includes one event. Additional event fee will be $20. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will also add an additional $5 per registration.

Tentative Schedule for events:

Saturday September 6th AM - Men's Doubles

Saturday September 6th PM - Women's Doubles

Sunday September 7th - Mixed Doubles

Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.

Format is Round Robin with Playoff games; bracket format will be determined by final number of teams in each bracket.

As registration proceeds and brackets do not fill, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets based on age. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be awarded in the combined brackets at the discretion of the Tournament Director. All efforts will be made to apply fair and constent medals in each bracket.

Age groups will be added/removed as dictated by registration with the intent to keep brackets at a maximum of 8 teams, and a goal to provide at least 4 games for each team entered. Tournament management reserves the right to change format, as needed.

Tentative Skill levels include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Age: 19+, 35+, 50+ (Age brackets may be adjusted based on registrations)

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

RATINGS

- PickleballBrackets.com ratings will be used.

- For new players with no rating, the PickleballBrackets.com self rating will be used.

- Players who have official USAPA UTPR rating but NO PickleballBrackets.com rating, MUST self rate using

their UTPR rating.

-Players with a UTPR that is higher than their PickleballBrackets.com calculated tournament rating may be moved to the higher level at the discretion of the tournament director.

- DUPR ratings will not be used. If a platyer has a DUPR rating, they can enter that rating into the self rating section upon signup.

- This is a non-sanctioned tournament so results will not be uploaded to DUPR. However, it is the discretion of all players for each match to upload thier scores to DUPR for that match.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full by both partners.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 23rd at 11:55 PM. There will be no extensions of registration beyond this date.

Cancellation deadline is August 23rd; refunds after that date will be subject to tournament management review. The cancellation of a bracket due to lack of players and certain other circumstances will be considered refundable. All cancellations could be subject to a $10 administration fee.

The tournament has a no refund policy due to weather. The event is being held on an outdoor venue. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather

This is an outdoor venue. We will monitor the weather conditions and make changes/cancellations as needed to ensure a safe environment for the tournament players.
