Welcome to the Bill Oliver Spring Fling Pickleball Fundraiser Tournament.

This tournament is in conjunction with the 5th Annual CTA Bill Oliver Fundraiser Tournament sponsored by NWLA Community Tennis Association.

Participation in this tournament helps the NW LA Community Tennis Association to provide funding for our Adult & Junior Tennis Programs for the Shreveport-Bossier and surrounding areas.

Last year the tournament and sponsorships assisted in supporting our local adult and junior community with:

Registration Opens Saturday, February 22, 2022, at 8:00am

Registration Closes Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at 12:00pm

Early Bird Special for registration:

If you register before February 28, 2022, the registration fee is $50

After, February 28, 2022, the registration fee will be $60

On Friday, March 11, 2022, Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club will make available their Pickleball courts for the Pickleball Tournament players only to practice from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

Tournament Format:

All skill/age divisions will be double elimination with a Come Around. Main Draw matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points. Consolation matches consist of one game to 15, win by two. Bronze medal matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points.

Tournament Pickleballs: Selkirk Competition Outdoor Balls

*The registration fee also includes a Saturday lunch.

*Gatorade Coolers, Water and Beer will also be available as well as a cash bar.

*There will be bleachers which will be the designated viewing area available for Spectators.

*Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each division.

Refund Policy:

*Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up till March 8, 2022. If tournament is canceled because of rain a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.
