The P3 2024 Beat the Heat Tournament hosted by P3Pickleball and the North Carolina Pickleball Association. Come enjoy a fantastic two days of Round Robin play. We will have Men's and Women's Singles, Men's and Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles brackets of 3.0 and under, 3.5, and 4.0+. Men's and Women's Singles, Men's and Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles will play Saturday. Mixed Doubles and Men's and Women's Doubles will play Sunday. Events will be staggered each day so that you can play in multiple events on the same day.

Inclement Weather Policy - This is an outdoor tournament. If an event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds, credits or make up days. We will make every effort to complete any event that has been started. The Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event. Registration / Weather insurance can be purchased in the checkout as you register for events.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of an event, we will refund your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other NCPA events.

No refunds or credits for any reason after Sept 8, 2024. There will be a processing fee of $5 for any refunds prior to Sept 8, 2024.
