$50.00 registration fee includes one event; second event additional $10.00; minimal service fees

T-shirt included with paid registration by July 15, 2023

Must pay all fees and sign waivers at the time of registration to remain eligible for the event; unpaid registrations will be moved to waitlist

Once start times are determined, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time

Results will be submitted to DUPR. If you have a DUPR account, please select Pueblo County Pickleball Association on the club page. If you do not have a DUPR account, you may create one or claim your account if you have competed in previous tournaments.

Pets welcome, but must be leashed and remain outside exterior fence. Please clean up after your pet.

PARKING: Available in large lot south of courts; available in small lot north of courts on 20th Street; available throughout park and neighborhood streets, PLEASE OBSERVE ALL SIGNS.

ATTENTION-PARKING FOR MEN'S DOUBLES 8/18/23: Parking will be very limited on Friday from 7am-1pm due to other local park events; please consider car-pooling and allow extra time to arrive.

SPECIAL NOTE: We will allow minors to register under the following conditions: 1) a formal request is made by the parent to the tournament committee with the minor's age, birthdate, and skill level; 2) the minor will only be allowed to play with a parent; 3) the parent is willing to sign an additional waiver on site, the day of play; 4) tournament committee has discretion as to the final decision to allow the minor to register and play.

Refunds will be available up to 7/31/23. All refunds will be charged a $15 processing fee. Emergency refunds will be considered based on documentation and tournament director approval.

This is an outdoor tournament. There is no indoor back-up facility. In the event of inclement weather, every attempt will be made to accommodate safe play for scheduled events.

There will be NO refunds for weather related cancellations.
