Welcome to The Club at Olde Stone!

Please join us June 13th – 14th for the Battle at Olde Stone. This promises to be a great event, playing on our 8 outdoor courts.

Non-Member Entry USD $35.00 (1st Event) / $25 (Each Additional Event)

Club Member Entry USD $25.00 (1st Event) / $20 (Each Additional Event)

All registrations must be completed via pickleballtournaments.com via credit/debit card.

Events:

Friday: Mixed Doubles (3.0 and under, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5 and over)

Saturday: Women's and Men's Doubles (3.0 and under, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5 and over)

***A max of 16 entries per event with a waitlist starting once the event is filled.

FORMAT:

All events are planned to be a Round Robin format with 4 teams per pool (3 games minimum). The top 2 teams from each pool will move on to a single elimination bracket. This format is subject to change based on entries.

Round Robin: Play to 11 win by 2

Elimination Bracket: Play to 15 win by 2

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the Cafe and Clubhouse.

Withdrawals before registration closes on June 4, 2025 will incur a $20 processing fee.

Pickleballtournaments.com fees are non-refundable.

Withdrawals after registration closes on June 4, 2025 will not be refunded.

In the event of inclement weather, all efforts will be made to complete events on the day they are scheduled. If weather causes a cancelation, 75% of entry will be refunded.
