Welcome to The Club at Olde Stone!
Please join us the weekend of October 18th – 20th for the 1st Battle at Olde Stone. This promises to be a great event, playing on our 8 outdoor courts.
We are excited to host our 1st Money Ball Event on Friday, October 18th!!!
"The Battle of the Paddles" (Coed Event)
***$5000 Guaranteed Purse (8 Team Minimum / 16 Team Max). All entry money stays in the purse***
***Sign-up for "The Battle of The Paddles" separate from all other events using Promo Code "BOTPOS24".
***"The Battle of The Paddles" (Coed Event) All teams that sign-up will be placed on a waitlist. On October
4th at 5:00 P.M. the committee will select teams based on their Dupr rating into the event. Teams will be
added in pools of 4 teams with an event max of 16 teams. Two teams per pool will play in a single
elimination bracket for the prize money. Prize money will be paid out for 1st, 2nd & 3rd based on entries.

Non-Member Entry USD $75.00 (1st Event) / $25 (Each Additional Event)
Club Member Entry USD $60.00 (1st Event) / $20 (Each Additional Event)
Teams must register and pay as individuals.
All registrations must be completed via pickleballbrackets.com via credit/debit card.
Events:
Friday: Men's/Women's Singles (3.5 and under & 4.0 and over)
Senior 50+ Men's/Women's Singles (3.5 and under & 4.0 and over)
Money Ball “Coed Event” (Teams can be any gender combination) ***6:00 P.M. Start Time***
Saturday: Women's and Men's Doubles (3.0 and under, 3.5, & 4.0 and over)
Senior 50+ Women's and Men's Doubles (3.5 and under & 4.0 and over)
Sunday: Mixed Doubles (3.0 and under, 3.5, & 4.0 and over)
Senior 50+ Mixed Doubles (3.0 and under & 3.5 over)
***A max of 8 entries per Singles event with a waitlist starting once the event is filled.
***A max of 16 entries per Doubles event Under 50 and 8 entries per Doubles event Over 50 with a
waitlist starting once the event is filled.
FORMAT:
All events are planned to be a Round Robin format with 4 teams per pool (3 games minimum). The top 2 teams from each pool will move on to a single elimination bracket. This format is subject to change based on entries.
Round Robin: Play to 11 win by 2
Elimination Bracket: Play to 15 win by 2
The Money Ball “Coed Division”
Round Robin / 1st and 2nd Elimination Rounds: Play to 15 win by 2
The Money Games (Gold & Bronze): Play 2 out of 3 sets to 11 win by 2 (3rd set to 15 win by 2)

MEMBERS MUST USE PROMO CODE FOR MEMBER PRICING!!!
Sponsors will provide complimentary snacks, water and Powerade for all players during the tournament.
Personal water bottle only. No outside food or drinks allowed.
Other food and beverages will be available for purchase at the Clubhouse.
Refund Policy
Withdrawals before registration closes on October 8, 2024 will incur a $20 processing fee.
Pickleballbracket fees are non-refundable.
Withdrawals after registration closes on October 8, 2024 will not be refunded.

Weather
In the event of inclement weather, all efforts will be made to complete events on the day they are scheduled. If we cannot, events could finish on the following day. If weather causes a cancelation, 80% of entry will be refunded. For "The Battle of The Paddles" event, 100% of entry will be refunded.
