4 Game Guarantee

Each player receives a Heart Break Hat.

Registration Fee: $40

Event Fee: $20 per event

Open Bracket Events Fee: $65

Bracket Format:

Pool play All teams advance to single-elimination playoffs.

Playoff Matches: 1 game to 15, win by 2.

Bronze Medal: 1 game to 15, win by 2.

Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

Bracket Adjustments:

Brackets may be merged or split, and formats may be adjusted based on the number of registrations.

DUPR Requirements:

DUPR is the official rating system of Pickleballbrackets.com. A linked DUPR account is required to sign up for the tournament.

If you attempt to sign up without linking your DUPR account, you will receive an error message.

Note: This is a requirement set by Pickleballbrackets.com and must be managed by the player. The tournament team cannot assist in linking DUPR accounts.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Pickleball Brackets fees and Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Withdrawal Policy:

Players who withdraw prior to February 7, 2025, will be charged a $10 withdrawal fee.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after February 7, 2025.

Refunds for eligible withdrawals made before February 7, 2025, will be processed 5 days after the tournament concludes.

Spot Transfers:

If a player withdraws and wishes for another person to take their spot, the replacement player must register and pay the registration fees independently.
