MEN'S DOUBLES 2.5 & 3.0

MEN'S DOUBLES 3.5

MEN'S DOUBLES 4.0+

The schedule will be:

Morning: Women's Doubles (appx 8:30am start time*)

Late Morning: Men's Doubles (appx 10am start time*)*

* All start times will be finalized after registration closes on 3/7/2023. You can email aj.davis.pickleball@gmail.com prior to this date to be added to the event.

We will be running three levels for each events:

2.5 & 3.0

3.5

4.0+

*WEATHER AND RAIN OUT POLICY*

Should weather prevent us from playing, we will NOT have additional rainout dates. This is the rainout makeup date from the tournament originally scheduled for 12/24/2022.

*AFTER PARTY*

We'll be hosting a casual celebration on 3/11 after the Men's Doubles Events. Plan to stick around and celebrate the "holidays" with your fellow pickleballers. Drinks/light food will be provided.

*EVENT SIZES*

We will likely expand the event size in the case of an event waitlist. Event sizes will be based on registrations on 12/26 or before, so that we can announce the final event schedule.

*BRACKET FORMATS*

1-3 Teams - Combined with another bracket(s)

4-5 teams - Round Robin 2/3 to 11 or 1 to 15 based on circumstances (ex. time, weather)

6+ teams - Traditional double-elimination bracket (matches are 2/3 to 11) with a come-around (matches are 1 to 15)

*REFUND POLICY*

No refunds will be issued for players who register for the original or rain out dates.
