The Aspire Corporate Pickleball Tournament is a key fundraising event for Aspire Johnson County. Aspire Johnson County emphasizes player safety and enjoyment. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or lightning, events may be suspended. The tournament session will be considered complete if each team in that session has played at least four games before cancellation.
For sponsors, if at least one session (either the am or pm session) is completed before the event is called off, the tournament will be considered complete. In the event of a full or partial cancellation, no refunds will be issued to any sponsor. However, sponsors affected by a rain out will be offered a table-top exhibit opportunity at a future Aspire networking event.
No refunds after cancellation date of ????. No refunds due to weather cancellation. No refunds of services fees from Stripe or pickleball brackets. All proceeds will be donated. All refunds will be given out after the completion of the tournament.
Aspire Johnson County reserves the right to interpret this policy, and all decisions will be final.
