Round robin or pool play followed by top 4 teams in round robin or top 2 teams of each pool advance to playoff. One game to 15 in pool play; one game to 15 in first round of playoff, Championship game 2/3 to 11
Awards:
Medals for 1st , 2nd , and 3rd . Tournament t-shirt for all players

Tournament Description:
The America’s Challenge 2023 at Pictona is our premier Spring tournament. Come enjoy playing
pickleball at Pictona at Holly Hill, recognized as the Municipal Facility of the Year by Tennis
Industry Magazine and the host site for USAP, PPA, APP, and Major League Pickleball. You’ll play
on dedicated courts, separately fenced, with 8’ sidelines and 10’ baselines, and superior LED
lighting if needed. View play on most courts without looking through a fence or windscreen. We have bleachers and shade covers by most courts. Our restaurant, The Kitchen, will be open to
serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner and our new concession stand at Pictona 2 will provide you
with a fine selection of food. Water bottle stations are conveniently located throughout the Pictona
Campus.
Tournaments run better with qualified referees. We will referee all medal matches and selected
pool play matches. We add a $10 fee to your registration fee to pay the referees for their service.
Food guidelines: Players may bring water, sport drinks, fruit, and energy bars into the
campus. No other food is allowed. Excellent food service is available.
