This will be a round robin tournament. Teams playing 3 or 4 games will play to 15. Teams playing more than 4 games will play to 11.
Saturday October 26th, 2024- Men's 18-54 3.5, 4.0, Men's 55+ 3.5, 4.0+, Women's 18-54 3.5, Women's 55+ 3.0, 3.5
Sunday October 27, 2024-Mixed 18-54, 3.5, 4.0 Mixed 55+ 3.0, 3.5, 4.0
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player.
Divisions size will initially be limited. As registration proceeds, they may be expanded or reduced to accommodate larger or combined divisions. Divisions may be combined to create playable brackets. Awards will be based on the combined bracket. Brackets will be combined by closest age groups within the same skill level.
Brackets will be assigned to specific courts for the entire bracket. Teams will return to tournament desk after bracket has been completed to determine winners, and present awards.
You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Your partner must register within three days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the three day grace period, the team will automatically be moved from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available. If a player requests a partner, the team will move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified and registers if there is an available slot to move to.
Registration fee: $60 plus $5 processing fee for each event (max of 2) and includes free T-Shirt. You must register by October 13th to get your T-Shirt.
When registering online, online waiver signature is used. Registration and payment is online through this website only prior to the tournament. There are no paper registrations or same day registrations at the tournament.
Online payment via PayPal is available. PayPal also allows credit card payments.
THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST BRACKETS AND TO MOVE PLAYERS AND TEAMS.
