Welcome to Parkland Pickleheads All Events Cash Tournament.

August 26-28, 2022 - Tournament Dates

This is a Pickleball Canada SANCTIONED tournament.

Details are as follows:

- Entry Fee: $60.00/player and includes 1 event. Second Event is $15.00. Prices include GST.

- Events will be double elimination with each match being best 2 out of 3 games to 11 on the “A” side of the draw.

- On the “B” side of the draw, each match will consist of one game to 15.

- Players are guaranteed three games.

- Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each (combined) bracket.

- Events with 3-5 teams will use Round Robin format. If possible, events with 3 teams will be combined with another event.

- Events with 2 or less teams will be combined with another event or cancelled.

- 6 teams or more, Double Elimination

- Tournament Ball will be the outdoor yellow Franklin X-40.

The tournament director reserves the right to combine, modify, or cancel skill levels/events and/or reschedule as needed pending weather and other outside influences beyond our control (ie. Covid restrictions).

A registration is considered complete when the Team is complete. BOTH players must register within 2 days of the first player's registration OR the team will be moved to the WaitList.

***YOUR PLAYER PROFILE- should have "Receive in game text messages" checked to "YES" AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. FAILURE TO SHOW UP ON TIME FOR YOUR GAMES WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT***

• All participants must be members of Pickleball Canada.

• Enter as a team or look under 'Players Needing Partners' to find a partner

• Participants will be allowed to enter at their current or higher Pickleball Canada skill rating as of the date of registration.

If you are not rated, consult with other players and visit the Pickleball Canada website for rating information.

Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until Tuesday, August 20th, 2022 @ 6pm with a full refund less $12($10 administration fee plus $2 pickleball brackets fee).

After August 20th, 2022 @ 6pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

This is a 70/30 cash tournament. 30% of the entire tournament entry fees will be divided amongst the gold/silver/bronze winners for the mixed category ONLY, on August 27th, 2022.
