The Arlington Heights Park Foundation Pickleball in the Park Tournament will be held at Dryden Park (811 E. Rockwell Street, Arlington Heights, IL 60005) on Sunday, May 19!

Games will be played outdoors on 6 permanent courts and 6 temporary courts on Sunday, May 19, 2024.

Tournament Schedule

4.0’s & 3.5’s

Check-In: 8AM

Kick-Off Meeting: 8:20AM

Start: 8:30AM

Warm-ups will be available at 7:30AM.

3.0’s & 2.5’s

Check-In: 10:15AM

Kick-Off Meeting: 10:30AM

Start: Between 10:45-11AM

Warm-ups may be available as early as 10AM but you’ll be guaranteed warm-up time before the start.

This a fundraiser for the Arlington Heights Parks Foundation. All proceeds benefits an all inclusive playground for people of all abilities.

Tournament style will be a scramble of 24 teams per skill level (2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0) divided into 4 pools drawn court side. Top two teams per pool will advance to the single elimination brackets for first and second place prizes.

$100 registration fee per team (but sign up individually ($50) and make sure you partner signs up within three (3) days). Teams can be made up of two men, two women or mixed doubles - you choose who you want to play with.

*Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets/divisions or make changes to enhance the tournament experience.

We kindly request that you sign up in the appropriate skill level for your play. If you and your partner have differing skill levels, we recommend selecting the category that aligns most closely with your combined abilities. Official start times will be released by May 15, 2024, however the times posted in the system are very close to correct. Times may vary if each group does not fill to capacity.

Parking is free and will be at the Dryden Elementary School which is located at 722 S Dryden Place, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Please note: Dryden Elementary School is currently under construction and the parking lot near the courts will only be available for handicap parking spots.

Please be prepared to sign a waiver if you have not done so prior to this tournament.

Cancellation Deadline: May 1, 2024

Withdrawals before cancellation deadline of 11:59PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 will result in a small processing fee.

NO REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION DEADLINE.

There is a rain date of Sunday, June 2, 2024.

First aid will be available on-site.
