Addi’s Faith Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope and support to children fighting against pediatric cancer. With over 175,000 children diagnosed with pediatric cancer each year and only 4% of federal research funding going toward pediatric cancer research, there is a great need for funding to support research into treatments to help find a cure.

Our primary mission is to provide research and relief for children with cancer. Addi's Faith has partnered with MD Anderson on a promising research project, and also provides financial support to childhood cancer families throughout the state of Texas. We believe that there is a cure out there and together we can find it.

Our tournament event schedule is as follows:

Friday - USSP-approved Senior Men's/Senior Women's Doubles and Senior Mixed beginning at 2:00 PM.

Saturday – Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles

Sunday – Mixed Doubles

Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will send out a tentative schedule one week before the event and confirm the final schedule once registration closes. This helps ensure our tournaments run smoothly and without delays.

Teams will play a minimum of 4 matches. The format will be as follows:

- Pool-Play to Single Elimination

- Gold medal match will be best of 3

RATINGS

We are allowing self rating to give flexibility for players to play together for a great cause. The tournament director reserves the right to move any players if a level discrepancy is too broad.

Register for brackets in:

Beginner (2.5)

Intermediate (3.0; 3.5)

Advanced (4.0+)

Players please stay within an honest range. Bracket adjustments will occur if there are any unfair matchups

Players must stay within their bracket's range.

***Please note: If you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of your registration, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be reserved. If both of you are registered and paid, and there is room in the main event, you will be moved back into the main event. If the event has filled in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot becomes available.

This event will not have a refund policy. All monies paid will be considered as a Charitable Donation to Addi's Faith Foundation, helping to provide research and relief to families that have a child with cancer. Visit www.addisfaith.org to learn more

This is an indoor facility so matches will be played rain or shine.
