No refunds past May 12th, except for extenuating circumstances. These exceptions will be left up to the tournament organizer.
Inclement Weather Policy: (Inclement weather is defined as rain, hail, high winds, extreme heat, and unhealthy air quality levels due to smoke) If the tournament scheduled from 5/19-5/21 is cancelled due to any of inclement weather conditions listed above, we will attempt to reschedule the tournament to a new set of dates. If we are unable to reschedule to the tournament for any reason, then the tournament will be cancelled and partial refunds will be applied to all players. The refund will include all tournament fees paid, minus a $20 administrative fee. If the tournament is cancelled, everyone will still receive a tournament t-shirt, available for pick-up at Rusch Park.
ALL refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Covid-19 Policy: If the tournament scheduled from 5/19-5/21 is cancelled due to COVID-19 State and/or County restrictions, then a refund in the full amount of registration dues paid minus a $20 administrative fee, will be applied to all players. If the tournament is cancelled, everyone will still receive a tournament t-shirt, available for pick-up at Rusch Park.
