We’re excited to welcome you to the 574 Summer Sizzler at Central Park in Mishawaka Indiana! With 8 dedicated outdoor courts, shaded seating, and a beautiful park setting, this two-day event on August 23–24, 2025, offers a great atmosphere for both competitive and social pickleball players.

Divisions include 3.0 and Under, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+, and an Open Division. Each division will initially cap at 8 teams, but divisions may expand based on registration demand and court availability. All scores will be submitted to DUPR for official rating updates.

The Open Division is a designated prize money division. Cash payouts will be awarded to the top finishers, with the total prize pool based on the number of teams entered.

Saturday: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles

Sunday: Mixed Doubles

Check-in opens 30 minutes before your division’s start time. Exact play times and final brackets will be announced the week of the tournament after registration closes.

Round robin format to determine playoff seeding

Divisions with 8 or more teams will be split into pools for round robin play

Top 8 teams will advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket

Round robin games are played to 11, win by 2

Playoff rounds are best 2-of-3 games, each game to 11, win by 2

All teams guaranteed at least 5 games

Franklin is the official ball sponsor of the 574 Summer Sizzler, and the X-40 is the exclusive ball used for all tournament play

Event Fees: $10 per standard event, $60 for Open Division event

Divisions capped at 8 teams, with potential to expand if registration demand allows

Players must bring their own paddles

Snacks, water, and first aid available on-site

Open Division prize pool: $125 added per team; prize reaches $1,000 if 8 teams are entered

The tournament director reserves the right to adjust or combine brackets if there are not enough teams in a division

If time and registration numbers allow, divisions may be split into age groups for more balanced play

Registering without a partner? You’ll have 7 days to confirm a partner before being moved to the waitlist
