Corewell Health would like to invite you back to Helder Park in Zeeland for their fourth annual Foundation fundraiser. The beneficiary for this year’s event is the Zeeland Hospital Endowment for Parent Education and Child Well-being. Zeeland Hospital delivers over 800 babies per year. Education for both the patients and care team who specializes in labor and delivery is critical.

Tournament style will be round robin. Start times will be released the Sunday prior to the event or sooner if we are able. Until then, we will not know start times.

We reserve the right to adjust and combine brackets as needed for good play. Brackets with smaller team sizes will be combined first by age and if needed, by skill. Your partner MUST register within 3 days of your registration otherwise you will be waitlisted. You will automatically be put back into the main draw when your partner registers as long as there is room.

Event seeding is based off DUPR - brackets will be checked and adjusted as needed about 1 month prior to the tourney. You will be moved if your DUPR increases above the bracket that you originally registered for. We may move teams after that if there is room in the brackets but can make no guarantees after the 1 month mark. We have to have a cut off at some point and with constantly moving DUPRs, this is a fair compromise.

Refunds for this event will be given up until the registration deadline of August 27, 2025 at 12pm. We are unable to refund Pickleball Bracket fees ($5 per person per event) so that portion is non refundable regardless of withdrawing on time. Beyond August 27, 2025 at 12pm, no refunds will be given for any reason, including weather.

This is an outdoor tournament with no back up location.
