The 3rd Annual Milan Pickleball Fest will be held October 11, 12, & 13

Round robin format, using nine Pickleball courts with Gold/ Silver/ Bronze medals will be awarded.

Cost includes both women’s/men’s doubles and mixed doubles.

Early Registration =$45 ends September 1, 2024

Regular Registration =$55 ends October 4, 2024

🛑🛑8/19 *update 2.5 mixed will be played on Sunday. All singles will be played on Friday🛑🛑

Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

Milan Pickleball club reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Registration includes Food: sandwiches, chips, fruit, snacks, and bottled water will be served both Saturday and Sunday.

Early Registrations will include a 3 pk of core balls or free t-shirt.

Regular Registration includes a 3 pk of core balls.

Specific start times will be published approximately one week before the tournament.

***PLEASE NOTE REFUND POLICY ***

1. The deadline for withdrawing and requesting a refund is September 27, 2024. Please note, all expenses will be subtracted from registration cost. Pickleballbrackets service fee of $10 is nonrefundable.

All refunds will be paid approximately 2 weeks after the tournament has ended.

Expenses for this tournament are substantial and that puts us in the position of not being able to provide refunds after this deadline.

2. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! There will be NO refunds, credits or make up days given due to weather. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. No indoor back up plan for this tournament.
