The Hungry Games will offer Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
Singles: Men's (MS) and Women's (WS) will play on Friday, Nov 22.
Women's Doubles (WD) will play on Saturday, Nov 23.
Men's Doubles (MD) will play on Saturday, Nov 23.
Mixed Doubles (MXD) will play on Sunday, Nov 24.
The following divisions are available for registration:
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ Singles (MS, WS)
2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ Doubles (MD, WD)
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ Mixed Doubles (MXD)
Age divisions include: Open, 35+ and 50+ (with some possible exceptions based on signups)
Current limitations are: Between 5-10 teams in each doubles division. We will adjust later in the registration process in order to accommodate as many teams as possible. 10 players per singles division.
ALL events will be Round Robin games to 11 (win by 2) and the top 4-8 teams will move on to a medal bracket (depending on number of pools, etc.) Bracket play, including medal games, will be single elimination to 11 win by 2 until the medal games.
COST: The $65 registration fee includes 1, 2, or all 3 events. Pickleball Brackets will then add either a $5 (one event only) or a $10 ($5 per event, max of $10) service fee. Previously this was just taken from the Registration Fee ... but they've changed their platform. Payments will show as being made to: Disruptify if made prior to Nov 8. Payments made after Nov 7 are still the same cost but follow a different process, based on the email response they'll get, entitled: "IMPORTANT re: The Hungry Games Tourney and your Registration"

Balls:
2.5 thru 3.5-4.0 events will play with the Franklin X-40
4.0-4.5 and 4.5+ events will play with the GREEN Dura (not the yellow)
All players will be given a $5 cafe voucher the day of their first event. This may be donated back to the Hungry Games cause, or spent at the on-site cafe.
