Welcome to our 2nd Annual Pickleball for Parties Tournament. The Pickleball for Parties Tournament is a fundraiser to help support pediatric cancer patients and their families in our local communities. The funds raised will go directly to Mason's Light Foundation to help provide birthday celebrations for pediatric cancer patients currently in treatment. Mason's Light Foundation is a 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit formed in December of 2022 in memory of Mason Cobble. Please visit https://masonslightfoundation.org/ for more information.

We invite all Pickleball enthusiasts to come out and play for a great cause. Your participation will make a real difference in the lives of these children. Thank you for your support!

The tournament will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday November 22nd with Mixed Doubles. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in.

The tournament will continue at 12:00 PM on Saturday November 23rd with Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles. Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in.

Registration fee is $50 and includes one event. Additional Events are $5.00.

Registration will include T-SHIRT ******* Must register by November 15th to receive t-shirt.*******

Refreshments and water provided.

Tournament will be Round Robin with single elimination format WITH Gold/Silver/Bronze Medals Awarded.

Skills levels include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Age groups are 14 and up

A team must play at the skill level of the highest participant.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.

Selkirk Outdoor will be used for tournament play.

Refund Policy

No refunds after registration closes November 15th. Cancellation with refund prior to closing will be subject to processing fees from Pickleballbrackets.com

The safety of all participants in this pickleball tournament is of the utmost importance to us. We encourage all participants to take necessary precautions to prevent injuries, such as wearing appropriate footwear and attire, stretching before play, and staying hydrated. However, please note that the facility and tournament host are not liable for any injuries sustained during the tournament. By participating in this tournament, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with playing pickleball and agree to release the facility and tournament host from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur.
