The Southington Lion's Club is proud to sponsor this Charity event with the proceeds going to local organizations in need. We thank you for your participation, in our win-win event, having fun playing pickleball and benefiting local organizations at the same time. This will be a round robin tournament with mixed doubles and gender doubles, adjusted for skill and age.

Food and beverage will be available for purchase

Non-perishable food donations will be collected

Spectators and players should bring their own chair.

Withdraws before registrations of May 22, 2024 will incur a $20 processing fee. Pickleballbrackets service fees are non-refundable.

No refunds after registration closes May 22. Any withdrawal after that date will be considered a donation to the Southington Lion's Club

We will make all attempts to play this tournament but will not do so and risk the safety of any player.

In the event of inclement weather all matches will attempt to be completed on the same day after the weather clears. In the event of unplayable courts, the event will be held June 8,2024. If both days are rained out no refunds will be given, as this is a fundraiser.
