Welcome to the 3rd Annual 2025 Metro 911 Serving for Safety Pickleball Tournament sponsored by Ohio Valley Bank and 304 at Valley Pointe!

Join us May 30th through June 1st at the Nitro Sports Complex which is the largest pickleball facility in WV. This new facility also has a pool, concession stand, and various viewing locations to catch all the action.. This is a MMP Sanctioned tournament, and all medal matches will be refereed with the intent of referees being on as many courts as possible. We will have 17 total courts with 9 courts under a roof available for play! See below for the schedule of events. All players must show valid ID at check-in.

FRIDAY - Singles

SATURDAY - Women's and Men's Doubles

SUNDAY - Mixed Doubles

Teams must register and pay as individuals.

Open Doubles -1st $3000, 2nd $1500, 3rd $500

Open Singles - 1st $1500, 2nd $750, 3rd $250

All registrations must be completed online via credit/debit card.

**Each event has an additional $5 charge per event. Pickleball Brackets processing fees also apply.**

We will be offering tournament t-shirts as an addition at signup for $15. T-shirts must be in by May 16th.

We will be playing the Franklin x40 Outdoor Ball.

All amateur teams and players will play a minimum of four to six games, and all round robins will consist of a

minimum of four teams or players, and a maximum of six teams or players. The top four teams will advance

to the playoff. Regardless of round robin or pool play, a minimum of four teams or players will go to playoffs.

Open divisions will be double-elimination format, unless less than 6 players/teams sign up.

There will be a potential for six teams or players to advance to the playoff if a bracket consists of more than

two pools of six teams or players. Scoring during the round robin portion will be one game to 15 points,

with winners needing to win by two points. Medal matches will be the best of three games to 11 points

with winners needing to win by two.

All refunds are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds for any reason after cancellation deadline of 5/25/25. Player fees are non transferable.

ALL Amateur winners will receive Metro/Ohio Valley Bank medals for Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
