For all events, teams are guaranteed 5 games. All events will have the format of pool play with ALL teams advancing to bracket play.

Registration fee is $25 + $5 fee per event. PickleballBrackets.com adds a $5 service fee for your first 2 events (Cap: $10)

Additional $20 for brackets with prize money (OPEN divisions only).

Registrants must cancel by July 1st, 2025 in order to receive a full refund (minus pickleballbrackets.com transaction fee). Any cancellations after July 1st, 2025 will not receive a refund. This is an outdoor tournament, and weather can sometimes be a factor. There are no refunds due to weather, however, we do EVERYTHING we possibly can to get all events in.

We gave out over $2000 in prize money last year for our OPEN events. The amount of money awarded is dependent on the number of registrations. The more registrations = more prize money!
