Get away from the heat in July and join us in the cool mountains of North Carolina for our Linville Land Harbor Pickleball Tournament, July 18-20, 2025. Registration closes, Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10pm.

This year’s tournament will be run by The Summit out of Boone. If you’ve played one of their tournaments and appreciate how they are run, you can expect the same at Linville Land Harbor.

Matches are DUPR rated

Registrations are DUPR restricted. If you are having trouble signing up for an event, you’re DUPR may be too high. If you believe an exception should be made, you may email the tournament to appeal.

All registrations received before July 5, 2024 are guaranteed to receive a tournament T-Shirt. No T-shirt guarantee for any late entrant.

Paddles that are NOT listed on the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List will not be permitted to be used for play in the tournament. Events may be merged or split depending on tournament registration numbers. If events must be merged due to registration numbers, then awards will be based on the standings in the merged event that occurs on the days of the tournament.

The tournament will be played at the Linville Land Harbor pickleball courts located at 120 Overlook Rd, Newland, NC 28657. All events with greater than 4 teams will play a round robin followed by bracket play. Skill levels may be combined at the discretion of the tournament director based on number of participants. We want to make this an enjoyable time for you.

Food and Drink will be available for purchase during lunch hours each day of the tournament.

Cancellation deadline is 9pm, July 3rd, 2025. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $15 administration fee.

All refunds will be sent after the tournament is completed.

We will make every effort to play all matches at Linville Land Harbor, 120 Overlook Rd, Newland, NC 28657. Should we experience significant weather delays, our backup location will be at The Summit, a 6 court indoor facility at 278 Industrial Park Drive, Boone, NC 28607.

With a backup site available, you can register with confidence knowing the tournament will be held rain or shine. In the event of significant weather delays, some events may be shortened or otherwise modified.
