We are excited to share with you that we are moving to a NEW LOCATION! The Greatest Spectacle in Pickleball will be teaming up with 24/7 Dink to host the 2025 Greatest Spectacle in Pickleball. The facility will, hands down be the best in Central Indiana with 20 indoor acrylic-cushioned courts and indirect LED lighting illuminating the courts with clarity. 24/7 Dink located in Fishers, Indiana named one of the best places to live in the United States.
This tournament offers an unbeatable experience for all players, no weather worries, music, libations and hosted in a premier, top of the line facility. You don't have to be a pro to play like one! Sounds like a winning combination to us. Plus all proceeds go to help Indiana's most vulnerable.
The planned format will be round robin with single elimination playoff. Based on number of teams per event the format may be modified. We will do our best to get you as much play as possible including more opportunities for bracket play.
All events will be played with the Vulcan VPRO Flight ball.
***This tournament is a qualifier for the Amateur State Series powered by the PPA Tour. What does that mean for you? It means if you win gold, silver or bronze in your division (3.0-5.0 skill levels) you will (if you choose) have the opportunity to go to Dallas to play on a national stage. Same great tournament you have come to love just partnering with the PPA for a second year. No harm in that, right!?!***
AGE BRACKETS- If you are a 50+ player and your partner is under 50, you will have to play down same with 60+ players. Basically older players can always play below their age bracket but younger players can't play up in age. There are some benefits to being older!
BRACKETS CHANGES-
Events may be merged/split by age or skill based on number of registrations. Registering for this tournament means you accept that this may happen.
*** If we don't have enough players in the 60+ age group Friday, they will be combined with 50+ which play on Saturday***
PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY-
Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams by 5/7/24.
WAITING LIST- If the event you want to play in is full, we encourage you to register for the waiting list.
TIMES WILL NOT BE POSTED (and we won't know the times) UNTIL REGISTRATION CLOSES AND TOURNAMENT LAY OUT IS FINISHED. Sorry, it's just the nature of larger tournaments.
To guarantee t-shirt size, pay by Wednesday, April 23. Final registration is Wednesday, May 8th.
Although this tournament in not sanctioned, we will be following USA Pickleball rules including the approved paddle list.
Registration is $55 and $10 per event. If you are playing in the OPEN division your fee is $25 per event. Only one event per day will be allowed.
