ALL REGISTRANTS WILL BE WAITLISTED AND MOVED OFF ONCE THEIR GRPC MEMBERSHIP IS VERIFIED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. Your spot will be saved, please do not email asking to be removed from the waitlist.

You are not considered to be fully registered unless you have a partner and are paid in full. Players needing a partner will be waitlisted.

Having a DUPR account associated with your Pickleballbrackets profile is required to register. Skill level eligibility and seeding will be based on your DUPR rating.

Schedule of Events:

Friday, August 22nd - Men's & Women's Singles; Men's & Women's Doubles (60+)

Saturday, August 23rd - Mixed Doubles

Sunday, August 24th - Men's & Women's Doubles (59 and below)

At least 4 teams are needed to form a division. Brackets can be changed and combined at the tournament director's discretion. Ages will be combined before skill levels where possible.

Bracket sizes will be unlimited until the tournament is full

Players must register by August 2nd at 11:55 PM to receive a free t-shirt with registration.

Matches will be in a Round Robin format.

USAP rules and approved paddle list will be used

The Tournament Directors reserve the right to add or combine age groups and/or skill levels depending on the number of registrations. Every effort will be made to avoid combining skill levels. Match format is also subject to change.

Scores will be uploaded to DUPR following the tournament.

Pickleballbrackets.com charges a $5 service to anyone who registers for any amateur tournament. This fee is not refundable. The GRPC will withhold a $5 Admin Fee for any refund. Refunds will be allowed up until the end of registration on September 1st, after that there is no guarantee of a refund.

Refunds for events and registration (less fees) will be offered for withdrawals until August 9th at 11:55PM.

To avoid additional fees from re-entry, refund requests will be processed at the end of the refund period unless a special request is made.
