Westridge Wolf Willow Country Club Community league (WWWCCCL) will host the 2024 Grand Season Opener and Music Show at the Westridge courts and hall. Please Join us on our new courts.

Your entry fee includes registration for one category (event) in the tournament as well as a ticket for the Social Event on Saturday April 27.

Early Bird Registration: $95.00 (up until April 7, 2024) (tournament & show)

Regular Registration: $110.00 (from April 8 to April 23, 2024) (tournament & show)

Youth (16 and under): $25.00 (Early Bird - tournament only) or $35 after April 7. Junior discount applied at checkout

Add $10 for each additional category.

Social evening: Sean Sonego & Friends April 27, 2024. Show starts at 8:00PM at the Westridge community hall. Doors open at 7:00 PM

Extra evening show tickets are $60.00 and can be purchased up until April 24, 2024 (E-Transfer funds to QEX@SHAW.CA. Please list the names of who the tickets are being purchased for, a contact phone number & e-mail address)

For the doubles matches, If you register with a partner, your partner will have 2 days to register as well, If your partner is a member of PB Brackets, their name will appear in the search for player, otherwise, you can manually enter their name to hold their spot and they will need to create their profile and registration within 2 days.

For the 3v3 registration, please register with only one other partner (OPPOSITE GENDER) as if you are registering for mixed double play (since brackets doesn’t support the 3v3 format yet) and email Gaby (qex@shaw.ca) the name of your 3rd player along with their contact info (phone and e-mail). Please ask that 3rd player to e-transfer the added extra cost as required (minimum 1 player of each gender). (If it is the first and only event for the 3rd player, they will e-transfer the registration fee which includes the show. If it is a second event for them, and they have already registered for the tournament, then they will pay only $10.00).

Since Westridge Pickleball Tournaments have a reputation for hosting FUN tournaments and many of you just wanted to play with your friends or family members, we would like to let you know that….

YOUR PB RATING WILL NOT BE IMPACTED ANYWHERE!!

We asked you to register through Pickleball brackets, and some of you had concerns about being rated by Brackets despite the fact that this tournament was declared as a NON-sectioned tournament.

We are using Brackets ONLY for administration purposes therefore, we will NOT enter the scores/results on Brackets. We will use manual tracking of the results.

You can request to join an already registered player who is seeking a partner.

No refunds will be issued as this is a fundraiser for the STAGE 2 courts project.
